Committee Meeting Minutes:

Saturday evening November 3rd 2007 graciously hosted by Debbie Zak at her home.
(In Attendance: Micky Ford, Robert Guertler, Robert Everly, Robert Wooten, Debbie Zak,
Patti Campbell, Terri Skeeters, Molly Nichols, Paul McGrath)

Topics discussed included: A possible 35th “mini” reunion, 40th reunion, larger class get together’s, ways to get our class website circulated to the lost & misplaced classmates with minimal expense, & a possibility of a larger GTG in the summer of 09.

Many ideas & suggestions were discussed for venues, ranging from informal to very formal & members volunteered to gather information to be posted at a later date.
Also, we will be placing our website information in various newspapers throughout the United States, focusing mostly in Texas.

All ideas & suggestions will be greatly appreciated, either on the msg. board or email to Webmaster.

Issue #1-Operation/programming of class website: It was unanimously decided that said website would continue to be operated and published to designated server at the sole discretion of owner and webmaster Robert Wooten along with majority approval of Committee Members. Any previous rules, regulations and/or stipulations in relation to subject or content matter involving any previous website is null and void in association with ldbellclassof1974.com.
Issue #2-Class bank account and required signatures: It was unanimously decided that said bank acct would continue at designated bank requiring 3 member signatures for written checks and/or withdrawals.
Issue #3-35th Reunion alternatives: There is a tentative schedule for a meeting November 3rd at one of the committee member's house regarding several different available options and of course the input of new suggestions/ideas that are ALWAYS welcome with regards to affordability, etc.
